• Information you submit to us in “Contact Us” forms at the Websites, in a live chat at the Websites, and other communications performed through the Websites. • Information you submit to a payment system paying a license fee for our products, including your e-mail address, your first name and your last name, payment date.

Other than as required by law, EffectiveSoft does not intend to collect special categories of personal information through the Websites. Examples of special categories of personal information include race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, genetic data, biometric data, sexual life or sexual orientation, and criminal records.

Legal Basis of Processing

If your personal information is protected by European Union and United Kingdom data protection laws, EffectiveSoft’s legal basis for collecting and processing personal information will depend on the personal information concerned and the purpose for which EffectiveSoft collects such data.

We don’t make automated decisions about you, including profiling, on the basis of the information we collect.

Where EffectiveSoft intends to further process the personal information described above for a purpose other than that for which the personal information was collected, EffectiveSoft will provide you prior to that further processing with information on that other purpose and with any relevant further information required by applicable data protection laws.
