How Do We Manage Quality?

It is Softvelopers responsibility to deliver quality and value to our customers through the entire project execution. Softvelopers has a Quality Assurance team that is considered to be an integral division in a project. The Quality Assurance team evaluates the product quality and its adherence to software standards, product requirements and functional specifications. In addition, the team verifies the technical documentation and assures that all processes within the project are followed throughout the software acquisition life cycle.

The participation of the Quality Assurance team in the project covers the following stages:

• Requirements management
  Analysis and verification of a project description and project plan, product requirements and specifications.
• Software development
  Product testing (functional and performance testing) for each milestone achieved.
• Software release
  Final testing of a product, verification of end-user documentation, assurance of the availability of all components to be delivered to the customer.
