Project Commencement
Softvelopers commences an offshore project on the accumulation of information necessary to start the software development process. We initiate our activities after our first contact with you. You express your idea and we develop it further via intelligent questioning and friendly communication.
A typical workflow:
- After signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a team of professional business analysts examines and analyzes the accumulated information. If necessary, they offer some ideas on how to optimize the product so that it realizes your ultimate business goals. In addition, they perform a creative briefing and prepare a final business proposal.
- A system architect prepares a transparent product specification that describes the product requirements, including its objectives, functionality and deployment requirements. Additionally, product mock-ups or prototypes are presented to the customer to clearly explain how the software will work and look.
- Evaluation and estimation of project efforts.
- Signing of a business contract.
Characteristics:
- Smooth participation
Softvelopers is interested in encouraging smooth participation of the customers from the very beginning of the project. You do not need to make detailed descriptions of what you want or possess the “know-how” for the processes involved. Relying upon its creativity, expertise, and shared responsibility, Softvelopers generates solid ideas, maps them in comprehensive proposals, eagerly discusses possible strategies, and plainly states possible obstacles, if any.
- Business analysis
Before software development starts, our business analysts perform product research. This involves a detailed research for product effectiveness in related industries and business areas, as well as research for and analysis of product competitiveness.
- Confidentiality, Copyright
At the customer’s request, Softvelopers guarantees the confidentiality of the business relationship, passing the reservation of product copyright to the customer.
